The story of “With Crew #13” is unique in the fact it describes the events of an Air force Flight Crew from the start of their selection as a crew, continuing on through their training program in the United States and through their actual experiences on aerial combat over Germany in World War II.
Flying the B-17 Flying Fortresses of that era with the Eighth Air Force and with the 100th Bomb Group, the 350th Bomb Squadron at the base at Thorpe Abbotts, England.

This story indicates the true details and some indications of the efforts of the men of the combat flight crews. Men whose service were very instrumental in the conclusion of World War II.
